This is a long term, full-time substitute position for a family leave. The start date is January 27, 2025 for 12 weeks. There will be some nights and weekends for school performances that will be compensated.

This candidate will cultivate a safe environment for students to achieve their musical and creative potential and ensure that each Boston Arts Academy student has an exceptional musical education. This candidate will be responsible for creating dynamic lessons and learning experiences to ensure their students are challenged and primed for growth. Successful candidates will have a strong technical theater background with expertise in lighting, rigging, audio and stage crew with young tech students.
