General Description:

The Boston Public Schools is searching for an innovative leader to advance theatre arts education. Reporting to the Executive Director for the Arts, the Theatre Arts Content Specialist will support Pre-K–12 theatre educators by providing instructional coaching, fostering the implementation of an inclusive, culturally, and linguistically responsive curriculum, and delivering high-quality professional development. The role also includes managing districtwide arts initiatives, producing theatre-specific projects, and collaborating with internal and external partners to further the district’s arts education goals.
