For school year 2022-23 we are offering the following bonus for bus monitors, AFSCME FNS workers, per diem substitutes paid at per diem rate, sub nurses, standby cab monitors:

 

Initial Hire Bonus: BPS shall pay an initial hiring bonus of $500 after the first 75 days worked for the district in one or more of the listed roles.
Regular Retention Bonus: BPS shall pay $250 for each 10 days worked through the end of SY 22-23.
